Orders are shipped business days Monday through Friday from our Philadelphia office. All orders are shipped within 7-14 business days (unless specified otherwise). Orders placed on National Holidays will be shipped the following business day.
International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipts. Please make sure the address you are entering is accurate and in a safe location. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you are not happy with your purchase, Ann Luachdé will refund any purchase within 14 days of the order date unless the item was marked final sale. All items must be unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached.
Steps for return:
- Email email@example.com with the reason for your return and your order number.
- If the item can be returned, a shipping label will be issued.
- Print the attached return label and send.
- When the package is received by our office and checked for quality, a refund will be issued. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SALES AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
At this time, we do not offer exchange. In order to get you a new item or size as fast as possible, please place a new order. Additionally, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you are returning, with your order number and we will send you a prepaid label.
